POSTAGE & SHIPPING
We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for with normal business hours, Monday - Friday, and does not include any time for processing your order. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number for international orders.
When checking out, please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, not a PO Box, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between delivery hours of 9am-5pm weekdays.
We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receivers end, as this can vary depending on the rules of the Customs Department in each country.

Courier Post 1-3 working days Cost NZD $10.00
Australia (includes tracking number and insurance) NZ Post 3-5 working days - Cost NZD $20.00
Rest of the world (includes tracking number and insurance) NZ Post 5-15 working days - Cost NZD $30.00
Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the final destination, you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. WORLD will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to Customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. When ordering from WORLD, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all Laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies carry widely from country to country; contact your local Customs Office for more information regarding this.
