No - the Body Belt, unlike shapewear that squeezes and compresses your body, works on your clothing, not on you. It gently shapes and tucks your outfit to smooth any bulk, define your waist and create a cleaner silhouette.

Will it roll or dig in?
Not at all. Made with soft, ultra-stretchy fabric, the belt sits comfortably on the body and moves with you. It doesn’t pinch, roll or cut in like traditional shapewear can.

What size does it fit?
It’s one size, made to stretch and adapt. The Body Belt comfortably fits AU size 4–26 (US 0–20) thanks to its adjustable design and flexible fabric. You simply tighten or loosen the slider until it sits exactly where you want it.

Fitting the Belt:

To customise the fit, position the belt around your waist, hips, or under the bust depending on your styling needs and adjust the strap to suit, using the built-in slider.

Caring for the Belt:
