Imported from Australia by British botanists at the turn of the 19th Century, mimosa has since become the Côte d’Azur’s floret.

The solar bushes  first  nourished in the sumptuous gardens of rich English families wintering in Nice, before it blossomed on the hillsides of the Esterel Massif, a Mediterranean coastal mountain range. Wild, its perfume is like its clusters: vibrant and delicate.
