Dear WORLD Family & Friends,
We are very excited to welcome you back into our Auckland stores, safely and with a little fun!
From today, with Auckland now at Alert Level 3 Step 2 we are able to open safely under the guidelines put in place by the Government - which are as follows:
-We will be limiting customer numbers so everyone can safely stay 2 metres apart.
-We will be politely asking customers and our team to stay home if they are unwell.
-We will kindly remind all to scan in using the NZ COVID Tracer app every time they enter our stores, or use the ticket stub and collection box.
-We will continue to offer contactless options for payment, pick up and delivery.
-We will provide hand sanitiser for all to use.
-We will continue to regularly clean and disinfect our environments and especially our shared surfaces.

Dear WORLD Family & Friends,
We hope you are all well and staying upbeat!
Today we are happy to report WORLD Wellington & Christchurch remain in Level 2 as per the guidelines in the below update of 8th September.
The positive news is WORLD Britomart & Ponsonby are now at Level 3.
This means we are available for Click or Call & Collect in both Auckland stores from 11-3pm Monday-Friday and by appointment on the weekends.
Whilst we are not yet able to welcome you into the stores we are able to meet you at the door with social distancing and a mask to assist you as required.
During Level 3 in Auckland please if you could follow these guidelines and we'll do the same...with a smile...albeit under our masks:
-If you could please scan our QR Code when approaching the store. This will be situated on the front window. Our team can assist if you are unsure. We will also have manual forms and Hand Sanitiser available for your use.
-Please can you wear a face covering whilst at the front of the store. Our teams in store will be also...we will be smiling...you can see it in our eyes!
-Please endeavour to allow 2m spacing where possible.
-We are also offering contactless payments, but will accept all other forms.
-The Stores have been sanitised and continuously cleaned to make sure of our cleanliness.

We trust you are all keeping positive and safe!
Today we are happy to report WORLD Wellington & Christchurch are open under the Level 2 guidelines as follows:
-If you could please scan our QR Code when entering the store. This will be situated as you enter the store. Our team can assist if you are unsure. We will also have Hand Sanitiser available for your use.
-Please can you wear a face covering whilst in the store. Our teams in store will be also...we will be smiling...you can see it in our eyes!
-Please endeavour to allow 2m spacing where possible.

-The Stores have been sanitised and continuously cleaned to make sure of our cleanliness.
Whilst our team in Auckland remain in Level 4 we are thinking of them and hope we are heading in the right direction so we can re-open in Britomart & Ponsonby soon and also re-start our Spring Fashion Production.

Dear WORLD Friends and Family,
Thank you all for you support and friendship during this difficult time
- WORLD LOVES YOU!!!
Today we have moved to Level 2 and have therefore been able to open our 5 stores. YAY!!!
We have taken our time to educate the team, and set up a contactless QR Code contact tracing alongside all relevant signage in-store to help everyone to know what is best practise.

UPDATE: 28th April 2020
Following the the Government's announcement to move to Level 3 on Tuesday 28th March 2020 we are able to better offer you service during this time.
Our Workroom team will be starting back part time, working on your Special Orders, Alterations and our upcoming collection! However our retail team remain in isolation and will hopefully be able to offer you a better service over the phone, email and social media as we can.
ONLINE ORDERS:
-From Tuesday 28th March we will be shipping all online orders using Courier Post's contactless service.
-Click and Collect - If preferable we are able to organise with you individually to collect from one of our stores.
-Personal Delivery - If you are in central Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown we are to happy arrange a personal delivery by one of our team members.

COVID-19 - 16th March 2020
We believe in creating a safe space for our community, customers and team to enjoy.
Generous hospitality is at the core of our business and this includes prioritising the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees.
Like many of you, we have spent recent weeks learning about coronavirus (COVID-19) and have been working quickly to make the necessary adjustments to our work and operations. In response to the World Health Organisation declaring COVID-19 as a pandemic and the recent government travel restrictions we are carefully following the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health to ensure strict hygiene practices are in place to protect the wellbeing of our staff, our customers & the general community.
All of our team members, especially our store employees, have been educated on additional safety measures to ensure that we are taking every precaution possible to help protect your health.
While we have always taken pride in the hygiene standards and cleanliness of our stores and work spaces, we have implemented these additional measures to reduce the potential for exposure:
1. Increasing the frequency of disinfectant cleaning of our store and distribution centres, including high-touch areas such as product displays, counters, registers and credit card payment devices.
2. Instructing our employees to wash their hands multiple times a day and adding more hand sanitiser, alcohol wipes, and tissues to our workplaces and sales floors.
3. Keeping our employees up to date on the information they need to help prevent exposure and requiring them to stay at home if they are showing symptoms or have any nervousness about working with the public, the same goes for their family members if they need support. They will have all access to Paid Leave to ensure their well being is being looked after.
4. For those who prefer to shop from home, our products will be available 24/7 here online with the same measures applied to cleanliness of our dispatch areas and team members.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation, and we are committed to doing everything we can to protect the health and wellbeing of our community, family and friends.
