UPDATE: 17th August 2020

Dear WORLD Family and Friends,

As the Level 3 Lockdown continues in Auckland our WORLD Britomart & Ponsonby stores will be closed to 'walk-ins' but will be staffed for click/call & collect between 11am-4pm. 

WORLD Wellington, Christchurch & Online will remain open and functioning in safety at Level 2.

UPDATE: 11th August 2020

Dear WORLD Family and Friends,

As announced today by the NZ Government, WORLD Britomart & Ponsonby Stores will be closed Wednesday 12th, Thursday 13th & Friday 14th August 2020 whilst Auckland is in Level 3 Lockdown.

WORLD Wellington, Christchurch & Online will remain open and functioning in safety at Level 2.

Stay safe and we look forward to looking after you in online, in-store as we are able.

UPDATE: 9th June 2020

Dear WORLD Family and Friends,

Congratulations NZ - we are now at Level 1!!!

This means everything is back to normal in our WORLD, but please trust in the fact  we have learned a huge amount during the previous level's and will continue to practise an even greater standard of cleanliness and understanding with regards to germs.

UPDATE: 14th May 2020

Dear WORLD Friends and Family,

Thank you all for you support and friendship during this difficult time
- WORLD LOVES YOU!!!

Today we have moved to Level 2 and have therefore been able to open our 5 stores. YAY!!!

We have taken our time to educate the team, and set up a contactless QR Code contact tracing alongside all relevant signage in-store to help everyone to know what is best practise.

UPDATE: 28th April 2020

Following the the Government's announcement to move to Level 3 on Tuesday 28th March 2020 we are able to better offer you service during this time. 

Our Workroom team will be starting back part time, working on your Special Orders, Alterations and our upcoming collection! However our retail team remain in isolation and will hopefully be able to offer you a better service over the phone, email and social media as we can.

 

ONLINE ORDERS:

-From Tuesday 28th March we will be shipping all online orders using Courier Post's contactless service.

-Click and Collect - If preferable we are able to organise with you individually to collect from one of our stores.

-Personal Delivery - If you are in central Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown we are to happy arrange a personal delivery by one of our team members.

-Shop by Email or Phone - We are available! If we can be of assistance in choosing an outfit, finding out more about the collection, assisting with a candles scent or finding a new fragrance our team is available - just let us know how we can be of assistance: info@worldbrand.co.nz or 09 366 1555 / 027 663 9465

COVID-19 - 16th March 2020

We believe in creating a safe space for our community, customers and team to enjoy.

Generous hospitality is at the core of our business and this includes prioritising the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees.

Like many of you, we have spent recent weeks learning about coronavirus (COVID-19) and have been working quickly to make the necessary adjustments to our work and operations. In response to the World Health Organisation declaring COVID-19 as a pandemic and the recent government travel restrictions we are carefully following the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health to ensure strict hygiene practices are in place to protect the wellbeing of our staff, our customers & the general community.

All of our team members, especially our store employees, have been educated on additional safety measures to ensure that we are taking every precaution possible to help protect your health.

While we have always taken pride in the hygiene standards and cleanliness of our stores and work spaces, we have implemented these additional measures to reduce the potential for exposure:

1. Increasing the frequency of disinfectant cleaning of our store and distribution centres, including high-touch areas such as product displays, counters, registers and credit card payment devices.

2. Instructing our employees to wash their hands multiple times a day and adding more hand sanitiser, alcohol wipes, and tissues to our workplaces and sales floors.

3. Keeping our employees up to date on the information they need to help prevent exposure and requiring them to stay at home if they are showing symptoms or have any nervousness about working with the public, the same goes for their family members if they need support. They will have all access to Paid Leave to ensure their well being is being looked after.

4. For those who prefer to shop from home, our products will be available 24/7 here online with the same measures applied to cleanliness of our dispatch areas and team members.

 

We will continue to closely monitor the situation, and we are committed to doing everything we can to protect the health and wellbeing of our community, family and friends.
